"Artistika" The second

The first Artistika in Visp's "La Poste" is now a part of history ... and a very successful one at that. Before a packed house; six international artists, three members of the jury, sponsor Gardi Hutter, the local talent Bzar and the drummers from Brig showcased, in a 3-½ hour varied show, their magnificent talents.

Who will ever forget the memorable tribute for Gardi Hutter? Or the spectacular "Tell Shot" from the Life Achievement Award Winner Freddy Nock, who shot an arrow over the heads of moderators Christa Rigozzi and Karim Habli, through the apple that was placed on the head of Vice – Miss Switzerland Julia Flückiger?

The two intermissions were also pleasantly filled with the music of Peter Till's Compressed Air Orchestra. The audience was, simply put, overwhelmed by the performers; applauding with deep respect and great admiration all the artists.

In 2014 six artists from all around the world will again fight for the Artistika in gold. What will this years jury have to offer and preform for us? Which celebrity guest will present the Artistika's Life Achievement Award? And who shall receive this prestigious award?
